While asking my clients for measurements, I write the following passage:
" If you come across, any difficulty in filling up the measurement form, be sure to ask us, instead of providing with the wrong measurements. "

Does it sound rude? Clients should never be treated rudely. I'm very much concerned, please help me with this or suggest a different sentence, which reflects the same idea as in this sentence.
