gof(1) replace x=1--->(7x-3)^2--->(7*1-3)^2=4^2=16

fog=f[g(x)]=-8(sqrx-9)-8 so at fog u replace in f(x)  g(x) instead of x 
fog(18)=-8(sqr9)-8=-32

for tabbey2. compute 
$$g(18)=\sqrt{18-9}=\sqrt{9}=3$$ then compute 
$$f(3)=-8\times 3+8=-16$$
