OpenStudy (anonymous):

x>11

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would you like some steps?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1.025

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3/4(2x-2)>15 3/4*2(x-1)>15 3/2(x-1)>15 3(x-1)>30 (x-1)>10 x>11

OpenStudy (anonymous):

that is one way. here is another

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes please ty

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\frac{3}{4}(2x-2)>15\] \[2x-2>15\times \frac{4}{3}=5 \times 4 = 20\] \[2-2>20\] \[2x>22\] \[x>11\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

steps were 1) multiply both sides by 3/4 2) arithmetic on right hand side 3) add 2 to both sides 3) divide by 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

excuse me i mean step one was "multiply both sides by 4/3"
