can you explain please?

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

solve it simultaneously.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what do you mean ..?

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

insert the value y = -2 in the eq. y = 3x +1 (-2) = 3x + 1 x = -1

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

now insert x = -1 in the same eq. u will get -2
