Help on assignment 12, problem 6...

when the SECOND medication is added, after the delay, i would expect a fall in virus populations, as i see when FIRST drug was administered, but that doesn't really seem to happen, and so my meds dont really get the virus into remisison.

think i solved it.

problem was in the ResistantVIrus.reproduce()

basically, if the virus particle was resistant to ANY drug in the prescription, then it was treated as though it was resistant to all drugs in the prescription, and could therfore reproduce.

Changed it so that it has to be resistant to ALL drugs in the current prescription inorder to reproduce.
