If the two sides of your equation are not equal there is no answer?

You have 2/5 + 1/10 one one side, which is 5/10 (a half). And on the other side u have 2/3 (two thirds). A half and two thirds are different. Even if they were the same there is nothing to solve. So basically your question has no meaning at all.
