not sure, all the description says is how to multiply monomials by polynomials
multiply each term inside parenthesis with -3y
first one times -3y is -6y^3
-6y^3+18y^2-21y

so that would be...\[(-3y)(2y^2)-(-3y)(6)+(-3y)(7)\]
