Find the other x-intersept for the parabola defined by its ecuation.. y=x^2+3x-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

set y=0 .. then you get x^2+3x-2=0.. now if im correct that does not factorize well and you will have to use the quadratic formula to find the two intercepts

\[(-b \pm \sqrt{b^2-4ac})\div2a\]

in ur case a=1, b=3, c=-2
