Yep, it's made for such persons. The courses at OCW are mostly introductory and basic. No matter how low IQ is, they are not too hard. It is the opposite, if persons IQ is too high, OCW would be a bad place to study. It's just so easy.

Aside that IQ is a meaningless measure, no study is intelligence limited. Anyone can study OCW, just like anyone can study from a textbook, if they are willing to exert the appropriate level of effort.

Start from the building blocks. If you want to study Calculus, do Algebra, Pre-calculus etc. Don't just jump in
