If you like Terry Pratchett you will be familiar with his explanation for "Library space" Knowledge is Power Power is energy Energy is equivealent to mass, And too mass mass in one place warps space time. Which explains why time moves so much more quickly when inside a library or a bookshop. So with too much power, perhaps a head implosion is more accurate as your noggin turns into a black hole.
