If it is only talking about the section of the graph in the first quadrant it is C. To find the domain you must find the values of x that exist, and in this case x cannot equal 6. That would make the bottom of the fraction 0, which is undefined. The range cannot be zero, because the function cannot equal zero for any value of x.
