Alright, I know what I'm going to write about, but I need help with names. I'm not going to say what I'm writing about. 3 guys and 2 girls please :)

Guys: Joey, Rashawd, Puchito lol ! or Louis Girls: Sasha and Shayla

Is there a set location/time for what you're writing? If so look into local names, if not then its a bit easier.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well I have two ideas. All I'm saying is one is in the past, Reinessance times, and the other is more sci-fi/fantasy.

Cool, now you have to think about setting. French names are different from English names right? Sci-fi/fantasy gives you pretty much complete freedom to make up names though.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well I can't have Reinessance without Leonardo. :)

What are names? What should we think about when naming someone? Especially in writing, names are important. They usually tell us something about the character before we ever truly know or even meet them - or mislead us this way on purpose. Thinking of names and what those names actually mean in the real world can give your writing a whole new level of meaning - especially for someone reading it for the second time. Suggestion: Ask your parents why they named you what they did. My favorite name site: http://www.behindthename.com/
