it's been a while I got some geometry prove done... I'll try.
Part1:
if arc EC congruent arc FD
AB // EF => arc EA congruent arc FB
then:
CE+EA=DF+FB => arc CA congruent arc DB
PArt2:
arc AB = 2* arc CD
AC=BD -> AC + BD = 210
360 (circle)- 210=150 (degrees(
AB+CD=2CD +CD = 150
CD=50 (degrees)
