My course will not launch- it only says "Please Wait. . . ". It has been doing this for about 5 minutes and refreshing or relaunching does not help. My computer software passed the test. Any ideas how to get the course to actually launch?

what course are you referring to?

If it is a TRAIN course, you want to contact the Course Provider who has Contact information in the Contacts tab.
