because you totally have 13 cards with a heart and when it says less than a 6 it should be 5 or less and when you divide them you get 5/13 :) i hope you understand it.

Aces high means they are worth more than a king. So there are only 4 cards (2, 3, 4, 5) out of 13 heart cards that are lower than 6, so the probability should be 4/13.
