A card is drawn at random from a standard deck of playing cards where Aces are high. What is the probability that the card is less than a 6 given: the card is a heart? Round your answer to two decimal places.
I am so confused, I think its 20/52
i couldn't understand this Aces are high ?
yes it is correct 20/52 or 5/13
me either!
because you totally have 13 cards with a heart and when it says less than a 6 it should be 5 or less and when you divide them you get 5/13 :) i hope you understand it.
Aces high means they are worth more than a king. So there are only 4 cards (2, 3, 4, 5) out of 13 heart cards that are lower than 6, so the probability should be 4/13.
ahaaa well yes than we have 4/13 because the aces go out

If a patient over 50 is selected at random, what is the probability that the patient will develop at least one of the diseases? Round your answer to two decimal places.
