Factor the following expression into a product of two binomials: 16x^2 -16x +4. I have 4 options. (4x-2)(4x-2) (4x-2)(4x+2) (4x-4)(4x-1) x(16x-4)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

really?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

4x-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(4x-2 )(4x-2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was thinking that, the first one. (4x-2)(4x-2).

OpenStudy (saifoo.khan):

Alisha is correct.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i would factor out a 4 first to get \[4(4x^2-4x+1)\] and then write \[4(2x-1)^2\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

alisha has it but wow!
