Sorry, I was gone. Here you go:

Median means put all the numbers in order. So if you had:
10, 14, 2, 5, 6
You change it to
2,5,6,10,14
Then pick the middle number (the six is in the middle). So it's six.
Now, let's say there was no real middle number:
2,5,6,10,14,30
Now you pick the two numberS that are in the middle (6 and 10). Average them:
10+6 is 16, divide by 2 numbers = 8
So the median is 8 this time.
