Work through Halliday and Resnick! This takes time and preperation. You should start working at least a month in advance and make sure you reall understand the concepts. Physics is not about the math, but the physical meaning behind it. This does not mean that you should derive every equation on the exam, you don't have time to, but if you know where they come from it makes it easier to remember things.
