switch to an equivalent expression involving an exponent: logb 8=3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

b^3 = 8

OpenStudy (anonymous):

now what is the form for going from the 1st to the 2nd like that or equation i guess

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it's always base of the log is base of the exponent. Number/letter after the equals sign is the exponent. Number/letter in front of the equals sign is always the "answer"

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so if it's log(base a) x = y then it's a^y = x

k thanx
