Most dictionaries define acute angles and obtuse angles in terms of degrees. Restate these definitions in terms of radians

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Acute and obtuse angles are simply below and greater than 90degrees, right? Acute angles mean <90degrees, obtuse means >90 degrees? So, we basically want to change 90 degrees into radian form; them, we can say that less than that is acute and more than that is obtuse. To convert degrees to radians, multiply the number of degrees by pi / 180degrees 90 degrees, then becomes (90)* [pi/(180)], or (1/2) pi. So acute angles are less than 1/2 pi and obtuse angles are greater than 1/2 pi
