How can we generate High frequency pulses,( time gap between pulses < 1 millisecond) from microcontrollers ?

OR is there any other electronic component which can be used ?

That frequency obviously exceeds anything a micro-controller can cope with that kind of frequency. Have you thought about using a micro-controller to control an independent pulse generation circuit?

There are a ton of ICs you could use just google. An example is the max308.

Use a crystal oscillator, these are common fairly cheap and easy to find
