Has anyone finished Problem set 12? I've just Finished and i want to see if my simulations are close to what they should be

the histograms, with thousands of trials going into them they are the most stable to compare, here is a little zip file with my graphs

I've attached my problem 6 and 7 histograms/plots with 1000 trials each. Most of our graphs appear to have the same shape, but I did notice a significant difference in the case when both drugs are applied at the same time. In your simulations the virus population goes to zero in almost all trials. In my simulations the population goes to zero in about 80% of the trials.

ok figured out my issue, i gave you problem set 5 not 6, i didn't do a good job with my titles and file names, fixed that and uploaded problem 6 results, our 0 is looking much better, the other graphs are a little further apart but still in the same neighbourhood
