What is the Thevenin equivalent transform impedance at terminals a-a' for the circuit (see attachment) ?

I haven't done this in a long time, but I believe you do the following--> 1.) Find the impedance of the resistor and capacitor in series 2.) Convert that impedance and the voltage source to the Norton equivalent 3.) Sum the current and find impedance of new parallel impedances 4.) Rthevenin = Rnorton
