its not just good , its the BASIC program and all other programs is nothing , its from the company that found the flash tech

"Programs such as Vectorian Giotto, swfmill, SWFTools, and MTASC provide tools to create SWF files." But you need to know actionscript to create flash animations. If you are not willing to pay for the Adobe software that allows you to create animations without knowing actionscript, then these are your best options.
