At a glance and I'm not claiming to be right. It's been some time since geometry:
Angle MLZ is similar to angle ZON by markings.
Angle LZM is similar to angle OZN. I don't recall the exact rule but it has to do with the straight line cutting through a shared line.
So I would say option a.
