*perfect squares :(x+b)^2= x^2 +2xb +b^2
(x-b)^2=x^2-2xb+b^2
ok for ex. u have x^2-4 <--- this perfect square , u follow the rule ( (x-b)^2=x^2-2xb+b^2) so it becomes (x-2)^2 =(x)^2-2(x)(2) +(2)^2
=x^2-4x+4
