what does the potential difference depend upon ?does it depend only on the charges?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

s

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It also depends upon the distance \(r\) from the charge since \[V = -\frac{q}{4\pi\varepsilon_0r}\] We can look at it two ways. The potential difference is the difference in energy per unit charge.
