Finding a standard matrix that dilates a vector by a factor of 3, then reflects that vector about the line y=x then projects that vector orthogonally onto the y-axis?

Fomr some reason I keeping getting [0 3; 0 0] all I did was multiply all the standard matrices together don't know if that's the proper way to do it
