What do you mean by simple? Just create your own projections.

The simplest method in this case would be to Dividend Discount Method (DDM), but i am assuming that this company pays dividends regularly. It is a very simple method and you have just to make projections on Dividend Growth Rate, you can find an explanation n ( http://www.investopedia.com/terms/d/ddm.asp)
