if u need only disadvantages...
  here it is
          u will have to undergo intense physical training....
          and u will have to be as brave as soldier at war....for u will have to be at the warfield.....good luck...

military doctors can be deployed as well.  other disadvantages include the possibility of lower pay and moving from state to state.
