can someone help me with this question? find the probability that a customer will recieve a pizza with thin crust, herb sauce and green pepper topping? ;/

OpenStudy (amistre64):

first you have to know how many options are available to determine the probability

OpenStudy (amistre64):

it looks to be only one choice from a list; sooo 1/(# of options)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

theirs 7 kinds of crust, 3 kinds of toppings and 4 kinds of sauces.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

84

OpenStudy (amistre64):

ill assume that we can only choose one of each then our first choice gets us 7 branches to choose from; each branch has 3 fingers each; 7*3 = 21 ... each finger has 4 other tips which brings us to a total of ..21*4 = 84, yep

OpenStudy (amistre64):

so the probability is 1 out of 84; or 1/84

omg thank u hun

OpenStudy (amistre64):

your welcome :)
