It's not wrong, but it's discouraged. The point here is to educate, and just giving someone an answer, they are unlikely to actually comprehend.

Like yesterday, Polpak, deleted my answers... + he even deleted the question where that girl was asking her questions..

We are having a discussion about that behind the scenes, and will address the moderators eventually.

I don't think you were wrong, and I don't think Polpak was wrong. It's just we were never very clear / consistent with the mods on this topic. It is getting ironed out soon.

As far as what I would do, I would ask them what they got, and tell them if you think they are right or wrong. If they are wrong, ask to see their steps and walk through it with them.

Mods definitely will be able to ban people (after a warning) so long as their reason is consistent with our policies.

Continue to show your work; You will not be suspended for that. Like I said, we will make sure all the mods are on the same page.

I dont think it is neccessary of us to show work to people who actually are just checking their answers. We could save our time and help other students that need our work. We're willing to give it to them if they request for it.

Yeah, part of the reason is because the power users tend to invest a lot of work in trying to guide the other students, so when you come in and `snipe' them by posting an answer, it can get annoying. So one decent rule to follow is, if you see someone who generally gives detailed answers already answering a question, consider moving on and answering a different one.

By the way, if you see seriously abusive behavior and a moderator doesn't show up to ban the relevant people, try to recruit two more people to report abuse on them, so that they can be auto-suspended by the system ;)
