What is a good book to learn c++? I'm looking for a textbook type book that is comprehensive and (very important) has questions/problems/ challenges in it? Please tell me books that you can PERSONALLY recommend (meaning you have used them). Thanks in advance!

C++ How to Program, 8/e, Early Objects Version Harvey M. Deitel and Paul J. Deitel a superb book to read c++ and java languages......... u can buy any editions

"Practical Object-Oriented Development in C++ and Java" is an older book, but gives an excellent grounding in the concepts of OOP, and has questions.
