I find difficulty in finding the details of medals awarded. Only the person's name who awarded the medal is displayed, i Can't understand, for which question is was awarded

medal award can express gratitude of the person who ask the question to the person who is answering.
can be the best anwer, or answer, or saying thanks
it's free for us to give medal to any person we want

While we fix it, you can still find what questions you were awarded medals for by going to your profile and clicking on the medals for a given group. That will break down what medals you got for what questions.
