If (6x-4) is a factor, you can easily find out the other factor because

The x term of the second factor needs to multiply by 6x to get 36x^2
and the -4 term needs to multiply the number term of the other factor to get -36.

It worked out okay as long as the typo was that the term in the middle of your original equation was supposed to be 30x
