OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do you get rid of the negative exponents? x^-1-2x^-5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

put that sh*t in the denominator yo!!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

in anything with a negative exponent, move ONLY THE VARIABLE AND EXPONENT (not coefficient) to the denominator. this problem would be -2/(x-x^5)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

actually that would be (1/x)-(2/x^5)
