Has anybody discovered an immunisation for CANCER?

My answer is No. But there is vaccine against Cancer causing Viruses. eg:Vaccine against Herpes virus causing carcinoma cervix. which is eventually expected to give protection from CA Cervix.

there is an immunization against cancer of the placenta, which is caused by human papilloma virus. there has also been a nobel prize awarded to the researcher who discovered it. http://sanevax.org/blog/?p=1012

the short answer is no. however, the HPV vaccine is targeted to protect you against the most common HPV strains that can cause cervical cancer, vaginal cancer, and vulvar cancer. not everyone who gets infected with the HPV virus gets cancer but it's possible. therefore, the HPV vaccine has been a gigantic breakthrough for women and men.
