This is the equation of a line.  You can rearrange it in the form $$y = mx + b$$
This is the easiest form to graph from.  You can multiply the whole equation by 10 to get rid of the decimals if you like.  But, the decimals or fractions are not a big deal if you have enough granularity in your graph.
