OpenStudy (anonymous):
A couple want to put up Christmas lights along the roofline of their house. If the front of the house is 100 ft. wide and the roof has a 45degrees pitch, how many linear feet of Christmas lights should the couple buy? Round to the nearest foot. Please tell me how you did it :) Thanksssss BTW: It's not my homework. Just trying to learn what's written on the book.

Don't know how big the roof is, don't know whether roofline includes front and sides. Just a stupid question is all.
