Question

A couple want to put up Christmas lights along the roofline of their house. If the front of the house is 100 ft. wide and the roof has a 45degrees pitch, how many linear feet of Christmas lights should the couple buy? Round to the nearest foot.

Please tell me how you did it :) Thanksssss
