How do you determine the equation for an exponential function when a graph is shown?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Exponential functions have the form f(x) = c*e^x, the coefficient c is the y intercept of the graph. Can you be a little more specific?

oops nevermind

exponential functions normally have a j curve. they start off slow then shoot up. or it can b reflected over the y axis so it starts off fast and then slows down
