I need some help with equations and fractions

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[\left(\begin{matrix}3x-14 \\ 5\end{matrix}\right)-\left(\begin{matrix}5x-6 \\ 5\end{matrix}\right)=\left(\begin{matrix}4x+7 \\ 10\end{matrix}\right)-\left(\begin{matrix}5 \\ 2\end{matrix}\right)\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

is this 2 equations? or matricies?

Well first I would suggest getting a common denominator and isolating the variable "x" I would suggest letting 10 be the LCD and multiply each numerator accordingly. Then just solve for x as you would any other linear equation. If you need more help let me know
