CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP?

Assume g^-1(10) is a one to one function. If g(x) = x^2+10x with x greater than or equal to -5, find g^-1 (10).

hmm, I think that when you want to find the inverse of something you flip the x's and y's, which means :\[y = x^2 + 10x\]

so the inverse of that is :
\[x=y^2+10y\]
