Ok, the problem here is that there is not enough information to understand the motivation of each of the characters.  For example, what is the relationship between raphael and erick?  They share the last name, are they brothers, cousins, step-brothers?  Why is faith trying to help instead of competing against karina?   If you will take the time and flesh out each of your characters (major and minor) often the story will start to write itself.  Once you have the ideas in your head, then the hard part of getting them on paper starts

erick is a boy who comes across a girl named karina. raphael is erick's brother who is bullying this girl to the point where she wants to die. erick is trying to provent that, with the help of his best friend faith. in the process he falls in the love with this girl. raphael is bullying the girl because she is transexual.
