\[\sqrt[6]{64x^{6}y^{12}}=\sqrt[6]{2^{6}x^{6}y^{12}}\] \[=2xy2\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2xy^2...?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

Thank you :)

You can translate this to (64x^6*y^12)^(1/6) which is (64^(1/6))*(x^6)^(1/6)*(y^12)^(1/6) which simplifies to 2xy^2 I know there was already an answer but I don't like just giving answers, how else will you learn! :P
