Confused :/ A maple tree loses 384 leaves during the first week of fall, and 1.5 times as many on each successive week. At the end of 7 weeks, all the leaves have fallen. How many leaves fell from the tree?

hero (hero):

All you have to do is just 384 + 384*1.5x x = week

hero (hero):

so 384 + 384*1.5(7) = ? (Fill in the question mark)

4416?

hero (hero):

Yes, 4416 leaves have fallen off the tree after 7 weeks.

Hmmm... O.k. Thank you Hero! :)
