So I've been looking at PS2 and I can't seem to understand the reason for problem 4. I mean, other than the fact that the package sizes are held in a tuple and we have an upper limit, isn't it exactly same code as problem 3?

Yeah, all it changes in the script is that it allows the user to, perhaps, specify the package sizes himself. For instance, the happy meal has a 4 mcnugget package and mickey d's no longer sells them in packs of 20. The script will still find solutions for packages of 4,6, and 9 mcnuggets.
