need me to explain?

yup

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay so you know that it two them 6 hours to do 15 cars. If you divide 15 by 6 you find they did 2.5 cars an hour. Since there was two people they each did 1.25 cars in an hour. Now that you know how many cars one person can do in an hour you can multiply that by the number of people 9, so 9*1.25, and then take that number by the number of hours 4.
