what is the benefits and risks of the production of a black rose by transgenesis?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1-much better varities can be created 2-blackrose can be made less susceptible to diseases : 3-genetic variation which allows the survival of species in harsh climatic conditions so that not all the varietys are destroyed by harsh climatic conditions H 4-since trangenic process create variation there is also greater chances of evolution have given advantages will give risk later

hashir has very gook examples of benefits, but here are some risks. benefit number 3 could also be a risk, if the seeds were to escape into the wild, or outside a lab anyway, it could become a very hard to kill weed, #4 could also make it harder to kill.

As black rose is produced by using transgenesis, the bacteria that might involved in this process is called Agrobacterium tumefaciens, which is a type of bacteria that might cause black rose got disease (crown gall). So, my question is that will black rose is also susceptible to this type of disease as well?
