Corrine made smoothies for her family, but she changed the recipe from the previous time she used it. The first recipe required that she use one-half of a container of orange juice. This time, she used one-fourth of the orange juice required in the original recipe. If she used 2 cups of orange juice this time, how much orange juice was in the original container? She used half the quantity that it was in the original recipy, so the first time she made smoothies she used 2*2=4 cups of juice. That was half the container so the whole container has 8 cups of orange juice.
