Well, charismatic is a positive word, so you have nothing to worry about. Many people refer to 'charisma'- which is merely a charm (or so to speak) that inspires other people to either work hard or influence others. A charismatic leader could be someone like, Martin Luthur King, who influenced and changed the views of so many people. Just some excess knowledge; Also, in the 1960's there was a movement called the 'Charismatic Movement' within some christian churches that believed one had gifts that were given by the 'Holy Spirit', such as speaking in tongues and healing of the sick.
